This package includes two (2) games of laser tag (additional games may be purchased), two (2) hours in the party room, decorations, soft drinks, plates, utensils, cups, napkins and invitations for each paid guest. Ultrazone also provides a party host who will serve food and clean up the room during the party. There is also a gift given to the birthday person.
Pricing for the Ultimate Party packages is as follows: For party rooms A or B, there is a ten (10) person party minimum price and you can add as many people as you like. The price for the ten (10) person minimum is $200.00 and then every additional person is $20.00. A $100 deposit is required to reserve party room A or party room B. For party room C or party rooms A and B combined, there is a twenty (20) person party minimum price and you can add as many people as you like. The price for the twenty (20) person minimum is $400.00 and then every additional person is $20.00. A $200.00 deposit is required for booking party room C or both party rooms A and B. Your deposit will be subtracted from your balance. Your balance is due and payable after your laser tag games have been played. If the amount of players differ in the two games, you will be charged for the higher amount of players. We recommend that you tip your party host if he/she provides exceptional service. All tips must be paid to the party host with cash only.

Each game is comprised of a briefing, putting equipment on and taking it off, play inside of the arena and checking scores (approx. 20 minutes beginning to end).

| Party Room |
|
You may use the party room for two hours. The two hour count begins at your scheduled start time or when the room is cleaned and ready for your use, whichever time is later. (Arrival 30 minutes or more after your scheduled starting time is considered a no-show.) During your last game, we will begin cleaning your room and at the end of your two hours, we will need you to remove your belongings and vacate the room so that we can continue preparing for the next party. Your initial party room assignment will be based upon your initial estimate of the number of paid guests in your party. We reserve the right to change your room assignment if your expected number of guests changes. We reserve the right to terminate the use of a party room without refund if guests cause what we consider to be an unreasonable amount of spillage of drink and food on the tables, floor, chairs, or walls. No item of any kind may be posted to any surface in your party room.

| Food and Drinks |
| You may bring your own food except pizza. If you would like pizza for your party, it must be ordered through us at an additional cost. We provide cola and lemon-lime soda for paid party guests. You may bring additional drinks (bottled water, soda) for your unpaid guests. We do not provide any refrigeration. However, frozen cakes may be stored in our freezer, space permitting. |

| Plates, Utensils, Decorations, Invitations |
| Ultrazone supplies plates (lunch and cake), cups, napkins, and forks for paid party guests. You may bring additional partyware for your unpaid guests. Ultrazone supplies colorful tablecloths, paper goods and balloons to decorate the room. You are welcome to bring additional decorations. However, as stated above, no item (such as streamers, banners, pictures, etc.) may be posted, hung or taped to any surface in the party room. Ultrazone provides party invitations based on the estimated number of paid guests. Invitations can be mailed to you or be picked up from our facility. We do ask that if you have extra invitations, to please return them to us when you come for your party. |

| The arcade games/vending machines uses tokens only. Tokens must be purchased with cash from the token machines located in the lobby. The cost of each token is a quarter. Please remember to bring cash with you for the purchase of tokens. |
Sequence of Events |
To ensure that your party guests are able to complete their laser tag games, and eat their food and cake within the allotted time, we recommend the following sequence of events:
- Food and drinks should be served between 5 and 15 minutes after your scheduled start time.
- After the meal is finished, the party host will lead your guests into their first game.
- After the first game, guests can return to the party room for cake.
- Then the party host will lead your guests in for their second game of laser tag.
- The balance is owed after your second game of laser tag. The highest amount of players is what you will be charged. For example, if 15 players play in the first game and 14 players play in the second game, you will be charged for 15.
- While your guests are playing their second game, we will begin cleaning the party room. Your total stay in the party room will be two hours (120 minutes).

Refund Policy |
Refunds of deposits will be paid only for cancellations and/or rescheduled/postponed parties made at least 14 days prior to party date. Deposits for other cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
